Who I Work With

I work with individuals who are navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, or are seeking deeper self-connection through energy healing. Many of my clients are empathic, highly sensitive people who have been carrying emotional burdens for far too long. I also support those who are new to holistic healing but feel called to explore Reiki and intuitive energy work as part of their personal growth. Whether you're dealing with generational patterns, stress, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, my sessions are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and ease.

What Sessions Are Like

Each session with me is personalized and heart-centered. We’ll start with a brief conversation to understand where you are energetically and emotionally. From there, we’ll move into a guided healing experience that blends Reiki energy work, intuitive insights, and space for emotional release. Whether you choose a virtual or in-person session, my goal is to create a safe, grounded space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Clients often leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and with greater clarity.

My Approach & Mission

At Seeds of Inner Healing, I believe that healing is a continuous journey of self-discovery and growth. My practice is built on authenticity, compassion, and the understanding that true transformation happens when we feel safe to be vulnerable. My mission is to normalize energy healing practices and create accessible spaces where clients can release emotional blockages, embrace their intuitive gifts, and nurture their inner healing process—one seed at a time.
